A highly creative Editor, with strong editorial instincts and a natural ability to tell stories through shot selection, pacing, structure and emotion. I use Colour Grading to help set mood and tone alongside Sound Design and bold, distinctive music selection to enhance and transform content. I thrive in fast-paced environments and I enjoy working to tight deadlines. As an Avid and Premiere Trainer, I have a robust knowledge of edit systems and workflows and I know how to quickly provide solutions in the Edit Suite. I have a full remote edit suite at home for Avid and Premiere.

Joe is a brilliant Editor, but he’s more than that - he’s a story teller and has the ability to bring out the best in those he works with. His working style is extremely collaborative, he puts everyone at ease and quickly gets to the crux of a story.

 

Due to his background as a Camera Operator, he knows what he needs in the edit suite and is quick to build strong sequences and narratives.

 

He pulls people together, but can also work alone and be completely trusted to understand any brief and deliver an excellent edit.
